The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

The accommodation is not located at the marker, but it is still about 10 km from there to the alpine pasture. An off-road vehicle is needed for this. Of course, we can also take you up there by arrangement and if possible. From the beginning of July to the end of August, there are cows on the alpine pasture. As the cows are looked after by a shepherd, he is also on the alpine pasture during this time, although he naturally lives in his own hut.
