Monthly Rentals in Hermosa Beach

I travel often for work and this has to be one of my favorite places to stay so far. It was a perfect spacious one bedroom space. The kitchen was setup to cook in and the living room area was tranquil and a great spot to relax. The balcony was great for a little fresh air while you sipped some coffee (thank you). Parking was a breeze, and the area was walkable and beautiful. David was on the spot with info and everything was well stocked. Great experience over all.

We absolutely loved Rich's Place! We stayed for a full month and it had everything we needed! Rich was a wonderful host - friendly, helpful and generally went above and beyond in almost every way! The place was super clean and very cute. The location is also amazing! about a half block from a South Park a really wonderful playground, 2 blocks from the beach and board walk and very close all the hermosa beach shops and restaurants. We loved out stay in Rich's place!

Great location with a a really attentive host.

Linda was an exceptional host; extraordinarily responsive! The property is right on the beach. Fantastic location. There is no driveway and the garage is small (as is common in the area) but there is ample street parking available. The two bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family. Having a full kitchen and living room was excellent for our stay. There were communal beach chairs, bikes, and toys available. Much appreciated!
