Two beds in the bedroom, a sofa bed for two in the living room, a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. This sauna must be experienced! Pet fee €20 (small dog, no cats!). For children, a sandy beach with toys, etc. Welcome to recover!

Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

This fourth floor home offers upscale vacationing. Särkänniemi and the services of the city center are within walking distance. The walking path in front of the house invites you to enjoy, sunbathe, go to play and swim. The residential area has an outdoor gym, a playground, a few cafes and a restaurant.
