Spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Located in the peaceful Viinikka wooden house district, just a few minutes from Tampere city center. Excellent connections by bus, car, on foot, and by bike.

This 49.5m² apartment with a sauna is located in the unique Ranta-Tampella area. The home offers stunning views of Lake Näsijärvi and the park from its balcony. Särkänniemi amusement park and the city center services are within walking distance. The seaside trail and park-like environment invite you to enjoy, sunbathe, play and swim. My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

Lakefront log suite

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski slopes 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping centre 7 km.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The motorway is only 10 minutes to Tampere city center, as well as Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center and Ideaparkki 5 minutes. There are two car parking spaces with posts in the yard, one of which is in the shed. Lockable outdoor storage in connection with the apartment.
