Monthly Rentals in Hetton-le-Hole

My second time, and as previously a great stop over. Nick & Gemma couldn't have been more welcoming. Highly recommended. Also a big bonus a nature reserve with lovely tranquil walks pretty much behind the house+lovely garden for al fresco eating.

Spotlessly clean property. Joan was a very responsive and friendly host. Tea, milk, biscuits and coffee were provided. Plenty of hot water. The neighbourhood was very quiet which allowed us to have a peaceful stay.

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.
