On the first floor you have a spacious bedroom ( 2 to 6 people) and bathroom with shower/ toilet/ lavabo. We work on the theme of chocolate, a typical Belgian product. We are happy to let you taste the delicious chocolate from the best chocolatier in Belgium. Guests can enjoy an extensive and well-prepared breakfast with local produce. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. Our cottage is located in a small village at the foot of the Artois hills, not far from Saint Omer, Aire sur la Lys and Béthune and has 2 charming bedrooms decorated with originality, all equipped with private bathrooms and separate toilets. You will also find in this cottage a dining/living room/equipped kitchen, as well as a summer kitchen located in the garden on the ground floor. A covered terrace equipped with garden furniture is also available to guests.

It is centrally located and ideal for exploring Belgium by public transportation. The coast is close as well as historic cities such as Bruges ,Ghent, Kortrijk, Ypres ( 30 minutes) and Brussels ( 1 hour ). Free secure parking is available on site.

A getaway close to Lille

We have renovated this farmhouse and are happy to make our studio located on the second floor of our house available. We hope to offer you a cozy little cocoon. We will be happy to share our family life with our two children Suzanne 5 years old, Gustave 10 years old, our cat Georgette and our chickens. Our passion for our region, and to offer you ideas for outings.
