We are waiting for you in a quiet little village, Kisapáti, 7 km from Lake Balaton, at the foot of Szent György Hill. If you would like to go on a hike in the witness mountains or attend an event in the area, choose us. There is also a small shop and bakery in the village. You can relax in a really quiet, peaceful village, where the silence is broken by the sound of roosters and bells. The guest space is separate, your room is private and has its own bathroom. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Nationalpark und ca. 4 km vom Balaton entfernt. Im ebenfalls 4 km entfernten Keszthely gibt es ein wunderschönes Schloss, Museen, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Zum Thermalsee in Hévíz sind es 7,5 km. In der Nähe kann man auch sehr gut Wandern. Wir geben gerne Tipps.

Lake Balaton is only 100m from the house! There is a private jetty in Szárcsa Street, which is used by the other 4 houses on the street, through which the water can be accessed. The street itself is a dead end, so there is no passing traffic, quiet, peaceful. The free beach is also a 5-7 minute walk away, so it is easily accessible at any time. Shopping (Aldi) is within a 10-minute walk. The house is comfortable for 6+2 people: 2 bedrooms+ 1 living room that can be separated by a door.

The guesthouse is easy to access, although the last approximately 500 meters are on a dirt road. The two-storey house comfortably accommodates 4+2 guests. The 55 m2 air-conditioned ground floor apartment provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. We can provide a baby cot for younger children on request. We can also prepare a high chair and a bathtub as required. The kitchen is well-equipped (gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, serving dishes). Kehida Thermal is a 15-minute walk away. Hévíz is 10 km away, Keszthely is 20 km away, Sármellék Airport is 18 km away and Zalaegerszeg is 30 km away.
