The first floor has a reception, living room, and shared kitchen. The rooms are mainly on the second floor. There is a shower room, a toilet, and a coin laundry in the basement. Established in 2003. A budget guesthouse in an 80-year-old former traditional Kyoto style house. Close to the center, sightseeing spots, and historic sites. Our house has 2 floors and a basement. Shared Shower rooms and Toilets are in the basement. A free-use kitchen is available for cooking your own meals.

It is a comfortable space for 1-2 people, If there are 3 or 4 people, the futons will be laid side by side, so it will feel narrow because of the desk. (If there are 4 people, there will be no desk) For multiple people, we recommend a bed-type room. The toilet and bath are not in the room. (The toilet and bath are shared in a separate location)
