This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. The accommodation "Shimamura no Hanare" is just over an hour's drive from the city, and the peaceful scenery of a rural area rich in nature stretches out before you. "Shimomura no Hanare" was named after our family's business name. The accommodation is a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the seasonal scenery from the garden room. In the early Showa period, cars were not yet common in this area, and people mainly made a living by raising horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. in stables. There is a renovated stable on our property, which is a charming space. The stable is also a space exclusively for guests. Children are welcome, and up to one small dog is allowed. In addition, although it is limited to certain seasons, you can enjoy activities such as picking shiitake mushrooms grown on logs, digging up bamboo shoots, picking bracken, and harvesting yuzu.
