Monthly Rentals in Higher Ashton

We had a very relaxing stay in the cosy cottage. We went hiking and exploring in the day, and then sat in front of the fireplace drinking wine in the evening. Perfect easter. The cottage is very well appointed, the kitchen compact but with everything you need to cook a proper meal. Very friendly and accommodating hosts . Can definitely recommend!

Hosts were super easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great accommodation, had everything you could possibly need with some lovely extra touches as well

Barrie and Mark were great and very friendly hosts. Their place was lovely, it was very nicely decorated, well fitted out (with good quality kitchenware etc) and was absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed the calm and peaceful surroundings, especially the sound of the river just outside. The location was also great for exploring Dartmoor. Couldn’t recommend staying here more, we had a great time! 😊

The space was beautiful, had great views and was very clean. The host also took extra care leaving us fresh flowers, scones, milk and bread to use. The Airbnb is well location for Dartmoor National park and also not too far from the south coast. Thank you for having us !
