My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

'Another Place' is a one bedroom cottage situated on a small secure equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. Its beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. A securely fenced dog area is available on site for allowing the dogs to run and toilet off lead, we do however insist that all dogs are kept on a lead when exploring the property.
