Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You live separately with a patio in the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is a bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge, freezer and pantry as a start. Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.
