Full size tub/shower upstairs and shower stall downstairs . Full size W/D downstairs and is fully stocked with all of your laundry supplies. You even have a laundry shoot by the bedrooms. Super handy! Detached garage has remote. Patio area has a table and chairs and a grill! It is located super close to both hospitals 1/2-2 miles away!

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
