Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort, met daaraan vast een tuinkas als extra leefruimte. "De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Our "Beautiful Love" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.
