When vacationing, then Mühle!

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Our apartment with the theme "Old Workshop" is located in a 100-year-old building. Where people used to work, you can now stay overnight. In order to preserve the character of the building, old finds from this period have been lovingly restored and invite you to explore. Quietly located on the village stream, you can linger here and recharge. The use of natural building materials such as wood and clay creates a cozy indoor climate that supports relaxation.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Around the cozy house is a beautiful large garden. The house and garden are completely at your disposal. The house is fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are ready for you. The kitchen has everything you need. Free WiFi is available. You can park on the premises. Shopping about 450 m away.

The property is located in the center of Königsbrück on the Via Regia, surrounded by a large forest area and the Königsbrücker Heide nature reserve. Dresden, Moritzbug and Radebeul can be reached within 20 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection and bus stops are nearby. Restaurants, supermarket, ice cream, coffee and other shops are within a 2-minute walk. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi in all rooms. Ideal for couples or families with children.

Perfect bed & bike between Spreewald & Dresden

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!

I am a tiny house founded on a horse trailer over 100 years old. Living in me can give you the necessary peace and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a look back at the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm at that time.
