Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

It was a very nice first experience. The home was beautiful, and very clean. Michaela and her husband were also very kind and they were so quick to answer any question I had!

Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

Tina and Michael were great. They met all of our needs and being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The shaded back patio was so nice. And our dog thoroughly enjoyed the large fenced yard. We were able to easily get to the beach and downtown. Restaurants and shopping were convenient. The best part was how comfortable and “at home” we felt during our stay. Kellin is a wonderful host!

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! The yard and pool were well maintained and private. We really enjoyed the space in the house. The master bedroom was on the opposite side from the guest rooms allowing plenty of privacy. The historic town of St. Augustine and the beaches were about 15 minutes away. So much to do! I would highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

We had such a wonderful experience on our first visit last year that we decided to return this year. Paul and Yulia are the best hosts ever, and so is Flash, their sweet pup. Parking was easy, the unit was spanking clean with double doors leading to their pool with the magnificent view. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Our dog enjoyed playing ball in the spacious yard while we awaited sunset. We sat on the deck at sunset, then watched a blue heron take off into the vermillion sky. It was perfect! Oh, and did I say there were flowers and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived?

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

As advertised, close to downtown, in a neighborhood, but felt very private. Backyard, pool and hot tub, clean, beautifully landscaped. Super relaxing. Home is spacious and well appointed. Heather was very responsive. Parking lot was shaded and with everything being one level, it was great for someone with bad knees. Even included a variety of coffee! Will rent again!

A home away from home! This space is perfect for a small family and is a block away from the beach + restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The cottage is well stocked and the kitchen has all you need to cook a meal. Would highly recommend and will be staying again soon! 10/10

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

She was amazing and went above and beyond for us if we encountered any issues. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to stay in the st Augustine area.

It was the absolute cutest place! In close proximity to shopping and any activities we wanted to do. Julie recommended numerous restaurants that we were able to try and found them to be amazing!

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

My husband & I stayed at Rachel's place with our dog for a few days. Our stay was fabulous. The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Plus, it was in a wonderful location. We were close to everything. Our dog enjoyed the picket fenced yard & the sidewalks all around the neighborhood for walks. Rachel was very responsive any time I sent a message & always very nice. I would definitely stay here again & would have no problem recommending it to friends.
