Sjøbua is located just 20 metres from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquillity and spectacular scenery. The cabin was completely renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large terraces with panoramic views of the open sea. Here you can enjoy the sea view from almost every room – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, high-speed internet, a barbecue, firewood and a fire pan.

The tenant must bring bed linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150 cm double bed, 2x75 cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses on the lofts. Running water, (not for drinking) drinking water is included in cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. We are a family with small children who want to share our cozy guest house. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Cozy cabin on the Trøndelag coast. The cabin is registered for tourist fishing and guests can bring 18 kg of fish. Experience all the hiking opportunities available. We can rent out boats and fishing equipment if desired. Get in touch for price. Steamed cod only 1 hour after catch is highly recommended. Recipe can be sent. Hiking possibilities: Try a fresh walk along the cabin roads and along the beach area. Enjoy the sea and nature. We have 4 regular deer that are used to being left alone and stay very close to people.

Go for a walk, bring a fishing rod to fish in the sea or in fresh water. Go out by boat, try your luck at fishing or enjoy a delicious meal by the lake. Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is the possibility to rent a boat in close connection to the rental. There are two different boats to choose from. Trollstuggu offers tranquility, a simple life and a perfect starting point for hiking and skiing, located in beautiful Vindøldalen, a ~600m walk on path up from parking. Located in the mountain side, the cabin offers panoramic view of the valley. Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Gammelbua on Stavøy

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
