There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The apartment is located in an old merchant's farm from 1871 with a large adjoining garden, where the apartment is decorated in the former merchant's shop. From Ommestrup, where the merchant's farm is located, it is quick to get to the beach and it only takes half an hour to drive to Aarhus and Ebeltoft. The light rail runs from Mørke (distance 1.5 km.) The other residents of the merchant's farm are an adult and three children aged 9-15, as well as two cats (Flora and Hermione). The apartment is decorated in the style of the house and the wood stove works fine

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
