Jason was a great host. Responsive. Facilities great for families. The horses and sheep were a highlight for the kids. Waking up to the mist and sunrise over the water was magical.

Just excellent, better than described. Everything was beyond expectations and Vicki was an exceptional host.

This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

Chantelle was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, both for myself and on behalf of the group. Chantelle was always quick to respond and happy to assist. Her communication was excellent, and she was flexible with our check-in times, which really helped accommodate our busy schedule. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was so well-equipped, down to all the essentials, which made staying in really enjoyable and convenient. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Tassie.☺️

The view was absolutely beautiful and the host was really responsive, which we really appreciated. The space itself wasn’t the most comfortable or practical, especially for the price, but we still enjoyed our stay overall.

We have so much to rave on about this place. It is off-the-charts beautiful at every turn. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm or just making a coffee. We spent so much time admiring a wallaby mum & joey out the window. What a treat. The view is breathtaking. You had me at Le labo *winky face*. Thank you so much for having us.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Big comfortable rooms, beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms, and everything spotlessly clean. Shane is also very easy to contact and very helpful. We were a group of 7 adults and were able to park both our cars off the street. The property inside felt really spacious for our group. Everything is easy to get to from Sandy Bay and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance from the house. We went to Chillies Indian restaurant (recommended by Shane) which was delicious! I highly recommend this property- I’d say it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in. Thanks Shane!

Place was amazing, it felt home away from home. You can tell Amber has put in lot of thought and effort into the property so much that she has even thought about having a high chair for kids. Its 15mins away from the city and few mins from the shopping centre and restaurants. My friends and I enjoyed the 2days we stayed at the property. I would highly recommend this place to anybody travelling to Hobart.

The place was exactly as pictured. We felt right at home straight away! A warm and cosy environment. Lots of information and recommendations available. We appreciated all the little extras: the bread and eggs were a lovely surprise and the sewing kit helped out a lot as my dress split on the way to a wedding. Freya was a great host. We would stay again!

This house has plenty of character and feels like home. There is a great cafe and supermaket a short walk away. We found it to be a perfect place to explore Hobart and it's surrounds.

We loved our getaway. The views from the deck were so beautiful especially at sunset. House had lots of space for the kids which was great.

Wonderful place to stay, CBD, LOTS of cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Pigeon Hole was great as was Sunbear. The bedrooms didn’t require heating as the doona was super warm. Plenty of bits n bobs ingredients in the kitchen. The little touches were lovely - the Easter Bunny had been & delivered wine(which was delish) & eggs, cheese & crackers. Walking books were a great reference for us too - Hartz Peak was beautiful. Thanks Denise & Greg.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Provider House for our entire trip to Tasmania from Brisbane, and it was absolutely perfect. Set in the beautiful Lenah Valley at the base of Mt Wellington, the location offered the best of both worlds—peaceful nature all around, yet just a short drive to local shops and the heart of Hobart. The house itself is immaculately designed, striking the perfect balance between homely comfort and refined opulence. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout, and it was stocked with everything we needed—including plenty of wood to enjoy a cozy fire each night. Being walking distance to bush tracks and waterfalls was a real highlight, and we were even lucky enough to fall asleep to the sound of running water just outside. Nature truly surrounds you here—we had visits from a friendly wallaby, curious possums, and gorgeous birds each day. We stayed with our 3-year-old and found the space friendly for him. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this James' place! The property was in a great location with beautiful views that we enjoyed every day. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for—everything was thoughtfully provided. My family felt right at home, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart.

A lovely home in a great location, we loved staying there. The hosts have been very thoughtful in providing everything you need for an enjoyable stay then going even further with some treats which we all enjoyed. One of the top AirBNBs we have stayed at and would love to stay there again next time we are in town.

Such a beautiful house, much bigger than what I imagined from the listing images. Lots of character and a cosy, homely feel. Incredible books to look through, a lovely well-stocked kitchen. A perfect location a 15 min walk to the city center.
