Waterfront holiday rentals in Hobart City Council

This is by far the most aesthetically pleasing space we have ever rented. Great attention to detail in all of the finishes, state of the art technology/appliances and extra fun touches (like outdoor tub/see picture on site.) Hosts were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The harbor views are amazing and the Battery Point area is superb with restaurants, shops and groceries/fresh seafood in walking distance. The penthouse exceeded our expectations (comfortable, quiet, private) and we would happily rent it again.

This is a fabulous period home with some gorgeous updates to kitchen/dining family rooms and upstairs primary bedroom and en-suite. The older parts of the house are very well maintained as well. Lots of home comforts here with ample kitchen wares to cook, a great coffee machine, brand new kitchen range, a full laundry room, and loads of fun games to play both indoor as well as on the beautiful river-front lawn. Peta-Jane answered all our questions within a few minutes and was delightful to work with. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend this beautiful home and the lovely owner :)

We had a perfect Easter weekend staying at Helen’s beautiful cottage! The home itself is beautifully designed, in a quiet street leafy street of battery point, with beautiful surrounding scenery. We immediately felt at home with the generous provisions Helen left us including fresh bread, preserves, fruit, milk and plenty of teas to name a few! The cottage has a beautiful view and we enjoyed time watching the boats and sitting on the front veranda to enjoy the sun with a book. The cottage is very well equipped and super clean - we all slept so well during our stay and had plenty of space for 4 people. Great cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. Helen was a very kind and responsive host and we were very thankful we could arrange a later check out. We would highly recommend Helen’s cottage for a great weekend away exploring Hobart. We were a party of 5 and thoroughly enjoy our stay and most definitely will be back! The house itself was beautiful, pristinely clean and had all the essentials plus much more ... the extra attention to detail on providing those little thing's that can get missed were very much welcomed along with the lovely bootle of Tasmanian bubbles :) The location felt like you were in your own little piece of coastal paradise, however close enough with a short drive to supermarkets to get supplies and toHobart . The views are breathtaking and the sunsets are spectacular. Thank you so much Celina for ensuring that we had everything we would need to ensure we had a such a seamless and amazing visit. if i can only add one little criticism that I am sure it will be constructive is , we need it expresso cups to enjoy a lovely machine coffee when desired ..

Amazing property with stunning views. The location is top notch and the property is very well maintained. Would love to come back to Hobart only to stay at this property. The photos do not justify how good the property is.

We had a wonderful stay at this James' place! The property was in a great location with beautiful views that we enjoyed every day. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for—everything was thoughtfully provided. My family felt right at home, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart.

I love that flat, well equipped and cozy. Jame is helpful and responsive. it was a great surprise that Jame sent us a bottle of wine which we definitely appreciated after a long day drive. Lovely neighborhood and convenient to supermarkets and restaurants.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great with a lovely view over the back garden to the Riverlet. The only down side was given the nature of the property with the host’s living upstairs footstep noises carried through and woke us early each morning. Other than that the accommodation was very private and Jacqui was lovely to deal with and was thoughtful and considerate.

Phoebe's place was perfect for our group - two families of 4. It had 5 bedrooms - two each with ensuites and a third shared bathroom. The place had beautiful views across Sandy Bay and was within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops and Salamanca. Phoebe was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Overall, highly recommend for any groups wanting to stay at Sandy Bay.
