Everyone is welcome to rent our detached house. The house is peacefully located by a small farm and the forest is the closest neighbor. Peaceful location, but good starting point for trips. Only a 7 min drive to Vestby where you have a shopping mall and Oslo Fashion Outlet. From Vestby it takes 20 minutes by train to Oslo. Swimming opportunities at Oslofjorden 20 min drive. Tusenfryd 25 min. There are several hiking trails in the surrounding area. There are no public means of communication past the property, so you are dependent on a car.

The home is located fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.

Short distance to Tusenfryd, Ski, Oslo and Drøbak. 1.3 km to Kråkstad train station. 17 min. by Follobanen to Oslo S. If you are going shopping, Ski storsenter is 7 minutes away. Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
