With the spacious living room and three bedrooms, it is a wonderful place to relax with your family or small group of friends from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax by the wood stove, take a long walk on the Sallandse Heuvelrug or eat in one of the fine restaurants on the Holterberg. The house has everything for a weekend or a week of relaxation in a wooded area.

All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

I have completely adapted my former photo studio on the outskirts of the small village of Gelselaar to offer you a comfortable and cozy stay. As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village, and you are therefore within a hundred steps between the meadows and the beautiful countryside. Hiermee is onze vakantieboerderij uitermate geschikt voor groepen.

Het vakantiehuis heeft 3 slaapkamers met 2 boxsprings, stapelbed en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van een oven/magnetron combinatie, elektrische kookplaat, afwasmachine, koelkast en vriezer. Het huis is duurzaam gebouwd, het wordt verwarmd met een warmtepomp en 48 zonnepanelen.

This unique place has a historical style all its own. The vacation home is located in the former stewardship . The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area near a large fireplace with a wood-fired soapstone stove. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the private garden that you share with the holiday home De Orangerie. You have access to an excellent Wi-Fi signal everywhere. This home is NOT suitable for children under 15.
