The cottage has a large garden with outdoor furniture that you can enjoy. The popular swimming area Välenbadet with sandy beach, swimming piers, diving tower and summer restaurant is 2 km away. There are also more swimming lakes in the area. If you want a more private swimming lake with beach and swimming jetty, there is a nice lake 2 km into the forest. Just behind the house there is an exercise loop/lighted trail in the lovely nature.

The property is a former dairy from 1898, completely renovated to a high standard. 5 bedrooms with a total of 13 existing beds. Guests need to bring own bed linen and towels. The property is non-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Rental weekly Monday-Sunday. Check-in Monday 3 pm/Check-out Sunday 12 noon. Please note, possible booking options are 6, 13, 20, 27 nights. ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Cozy and peacefully located cottage in the middle of nature. Private located away from the main road and next to a stream where you can cool off on hot summer days. Woods are just around the corner with plenty to explore. Limited wifi so a place to detox from the modern world. For swimming there are several options avaliable, Boasjö or Alsterbro, or in the spring just outside the cottage. Trips in the surroundings can include Astrid Lindgrens värld, Kalmar slott, mini golf, SUP, Kayak etc.

We have found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass kingdom. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Top Location! Charming wooden house in the forest

Situated in a beautiful and quietly nature reserve you will find this spacious charming wooden house. The path behind the house (400 meters) leads to a beautiful large lake where you can use a rowing boat and you can do fishing. Most amenities (supermarkets, railwaystation) can be found in Högsby or Blomstermåla. We have no facilities for baby's up to 2 years of age. So if you like to stay in our house with a baby, please bring your own facilities and take care of the safety yourself.

A rural dream for the whole family

"Simonshuset" is a classic red Småland house from the 18th century. This is our dream house, with many preserved details from history and tastefully decorated to preserve the older charm. We live in the house ourselves for a number of weeks each year, and love the tranquility we get in the countryside. Large lawn with trampoline and outdoor furniture. There's also a Weber charcoal grill. You are within walking distance to the swimming and fishing lake. A real dream home.

Charming cottage in the middle of the forest

My place is tucked away in the middle of the Mjösebo forest. Relax and unwind in the clean forest air, and venture out and explore either by foot or the provided bicycles. Wildlife sightings of moose, deer, and rabbit are common, and from summer to early autumn there are a variety of wild berries and mushrooms to gather. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

Lake house with its own dock

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own build down to Lake Sinnern. There are 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. Guests are responsible for cleaning, but this can be purchased for SEK 1,000. Sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 100 set/per person. Incineration toilet Cinderella. Dishwasher. Hot water for the shower outside. Perfect cabin for fishing. Note fishing licenses are required. Boat can be rented by the nearby association.

The Findus cabin next to the river Emån, Emåturism

Stay at a farm with cats and hens as your neighbours. Two cabins (The Pysen cabin and the Findus cabin) next to Emån, 5-6 beds in each. WC and shower in separate building. 200 meters to the river where you can fish, swim and also rent canoes. Finish the evening with a barbecue. This listing is for booking the Findus cabin. Stugan ligger mitt i de underbara Smålandsskogarna och är en perfekt platsen för avkoppling. Om du vill tillbringa din semester med en bra bok och begränsad kontakt med omvärlden då är den här stugan något för dig.
