The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

Here in Kåremåla, you can enjoy a genuine old Småland house with creaky wooden floors, a large country kitchen and a patio where you can enjoy watching the horses grazing. There are two lakes within walking distance. The area is a vibrant countryside with fantastic nature. In 1 hour, you can get to Astrid Lindgren's World or to Öland for sun and swimming!! There are plenty of wild animals, and if you're lucky, you can see deer, hares, birds of prey and foxes. Cows graze in the surrounding fields.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own build down to Lake Sinnern. There are 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. Guests are responsible for cleaning, but this can be purchased for SEK 1,000. Sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 100 set/per person. Incineration toilet Cinderella. Dishwasher. Hot water for the shower outside. Perfect cabin for fishing. Note fishing licenses are required. Boat can be rented by the nearby association.

Just a short walk away are a small supermarket, the church and the swimming lake Övresjön - everything for relaxing days in Swedish nature. Modernly equipped cottage in a secluded location. Private beach with bathing jetty 10 m from the cottage! Sauna and extra shower in a separate cabin. Washing machine. TV. 7 beds in the house. Perfect location for a family with children or for undisturbed work as there is fibre and Wi-Fi. Even in winter. Electricity is charged separately. Sheets and towels can be rented. You can order cleaning for a fee. The changeover day is Saturday.

The house is furnished with a shower room/toilet, a kitchen as well as a living room and bedroom. The house is bright and can be heated with a modern heat pump if necessary. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away via an idyllic, romantic forest path.
