The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heating is provided by a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's hut can also be rented. Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
