The flat is 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the kitchen, there is an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and various other items. Amberg's old town, with its many attractions, is about 20 km away. Direct access to the Wacholder-Jakobsweg and the Jurasteig. Numerous circular routes entice cyclists to the region's most beautiful destinations. Next door is the Bat House, featuring a bat with a large horseshoe nose; guided tours are offered here on a regular basis. Dogs on request

Right outside the door, farm life awaits: nature, animals, space to play and the quiet location in the Upper Palatinate Jura.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
