Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Idyllisch, ruhig und ländlich liegt unser Hof in herrlicher Alleinlage im schönen Friesland. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen befindet sich im OG des Hofgebäudes mit direktem Zugang zum Pferdestall. Ihr wohnt nicht nur auf dem Hof, sondern direkt im Herzstück des Geschehens. Genießt das authentische Landleben. Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

Houseboat number 4 is suitable for families of up to five people with two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. A special highlight is the large roof terrace, where you can spend beautiful hours; the lake can be explored with the two SUPs.

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.
