Perfect place to stay

We had an amazing week in Snow Monkey 1. Super helpful host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly to questions as well as gave lots of valuable tips on restaurants and activities. We really want to come back! Niseko with this home was a success!

Beautiful home, great host. The kids had alot of fun.

The house was beautiful with amazing view. Kitchen fill with many cutlery. Rooms are spacious. Check-in procedure was very detailed. Conversation with staff was smooth and they are very helpful. Overall would definitely recommend traveller group who drive to come. Excellent experience!

The house was sparkling clean, spacious and has a great view of yotei mountain! The host was very helpful with all questions (including booking snowboard coach and ordering birthday cake!!!). The location was great as it is in Niseko city centre. Fantastic!

It is a beautiful place to stay. We were with 7 adults and 1 baby and that went perfectly. The lodge was clean, open, light and a nice place to relax. We are a family of cooks, so the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped but that is just a minor comment. We ordered the Shabu Shabu for the first evening, and it was perfect! We were very happy to stay here and the staff of Elite Heavens is extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged bus tickets and were able to assist with practical arrangements! We hope to come back one day! Thanks a lot!

Spectacular home close to Annupuri and Moiwa resorts. It exceeded our expectations.

Sparkling clean , new and quiet property . Well located , 15-20 mins to restaurants , some attractions and supermarkets by car . 5 rooms all en-suites and 4 of the rooms came with a balcony overlooking the lovely vast fields below . 2 extra toilets + sink near the laundry area was a convenient and well thought touch . Kitchen was well equipped with complimentary nespresso ( something we appreciated ) with simple basic condiments stocked in the pantry cabinet . An enjoyable and comfortable stay .

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Niseko. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and ski areas. One of the highlights was the on-site onsen, which was the perfect way to unwind. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. On top of that, the stunning scenery surrounding the house made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!

Nice Ski Lodge, plenty of space, close to the free shuttle bus to get to and from the slopes, or walkable too. Easy walk to restaurants and shops

The place was great for us! The cabin was clean, the bathrooms are nice and the bidets are even better. The location is right across from Always Niseko whiich is a smaller hotel that has a breakast buffet, coffee shop and bar. Also shuttles to get to Niseko Village, Grand Hirafu and Hanazono they run every half hour. No Uber but Japan Go app is good to use. Also you can walk into town which is about 10-12 minute walk. Also another cafe is across the way but doesnt open till 12 is Gentemstick awesome place!

A wonderful stay here. Lake Toya is an amazing location.

Great place, bigger rooms than we had expected. Had a couple of technical issues, but servicer was very quick to fix.
