There are two toilets and a flat floor on the first floor, so it is safe for families from children to the elderly. In addition, the bathroom has a large bathtub and large windows, so you can enjoy the four seasons of the forest while relaxing. In summer, it is quiet because it is located in the woods, and the interior is very cool. You can hear birds chirping, cicadas singing, and the sound of the wind from all the rooms. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
