It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

The house is industrial in style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 km from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, private barbecue and fireplace. We do not accept pets. On the ranch, in shared use with any other guests, there is: a paved running track, tennis court, heated swimming pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more. A pleasant and cozy house, among the mountains in Serra da Mantiqueira, surrounded by its exuberance and diversity of birds: toucans, woodpeckers, quero-quero birds and many hummingbirds. The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle. There are great restaurants and cafes in the city. For those who like shopping, the city is 6 km from Serra Negra.
