This is a cozy clean 720 square foot retreat with one bedroom surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a peaceful and quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Meticulously cleaned before you arrive. This is a duplex but thoroughly soundproofed between units. Penny, your co-host , lives on premises so is available if required. Our condo is spacious at roughly 2500 sq ft , and features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bath are large with 2 closets, a huge jacuzzi tub with separate shower, and double vanity. The main level features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a handy island. On the lower level are 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath. A patio is accessible from the lower level, and has a hammock and hanging rope chair for relaxing.

There is a charcoal BBQ grill and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer, and an easy-to-light fire pit for winter (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this quiet street. Deer roam the neighborhood and on rare occasions you can spy fox and bald eagles.
