The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen and wine refrigerator and open fireplace. 2 loggias with 7 m² and a balcony on the west side. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine or wall radiator and the 2nd has a combined shower and toilet. In addition, there is a toilet in the apartment. Underfloor heating and air conditioning too....

Beech green tree house

Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Small feel-good wooden house

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to the city centre, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise.
