It's all about the location! dog & family-friendly. Ebb and Flow is an excellent hideaway, situated in a peaceful and secluded position. Within easy walking distance of the sand dunes that skirt Holme beach. With no passing traffic and the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve just a two minute walk away, this well-loved holiday home is perfect for birdwatchers, dogs, walkers and a great base for families who want to spend lazy days enjoying the beach and local village pub.

Lovely Cottage just 100m from the Beach

Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
