Here you will find, among other things, Norway's oldest country shop, museum and two good eateries (Eidsfoss Gamle Kro and Eidsfos Hovedgård), as well as several small galleries and outlets. But most of all, come here to find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful nature here!

We rent our "cabin" which consists of a spacious single-family home over 3 floors with a plot of 1.3 acres and a view to the sea and Holmestrand. The house is located in sunny and quiet surroundings on Bjerkøya, with nice hiking opportunities and swimming areas nearby. The house is surrounded by a large garden and terrace of about 100 m2 with a secluded "patio" with built-in benches and heating lamp, where you can relax and enjoy life almost year round.
