The cabin is equipped with running water and electricity. There is an incineration toilet and portable toilet and hot water in the shower. Here it is no luxury but grass and field flowers that grow wild and ordinary Norwegian cabin comfort. Large terraces with a fantastic view. Enjoy in green surroundings, in the hammock or on the sup board. Here you can recharge your batteries a short trip from Oslo

Recharge in this unique and tranquil space. Here there is an outhouse, wood burning and no running water. There is power, but somewhat limited. Bring family and give them an experience of the old days. The morning frame you can take in the creek or walk down to the water and take a morning bath. The price is for renting the main cabin where there is sleeping space for 2. Fee applies for additional guests. To rent the whole yard, - book for 6 guests. In summertime there is access to water in pump house. A short route to cultural experiences.

Nearby are both grocery store, bike trail, football field and hiking trails. The pool is heated and in use in season. Access to electric car charger (tenant pays for actual use)

Our house is located with a lovely view over the lake Eikern and with short distance to Bergsvannet which has many nice swimming areas. Eidsfoss is a unique historical place where it feels like time has stood still for a few decades! Here you will find, among other things, Norway's oldest country shop, museum and two good eateries (Eidsfoss Gamle Kro and Eidsfos Hovedgård), as well as several small galleries and outlets. But most of all, come here to find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful nature here!
