This is our second stay at Annie’s, and we love the space in the house for us, as well as a couple of guests. The back patio was perfect for conversations while the pups played, and with the crazy parking situation in front, it was so nice to have private parking in back!

Great place for a group. We cooked thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The Wi-Fi was just so so and didn’t seem strong enough to watch any TV so if that’s important to you, this is something to consider.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location ideal - right in the middle of Otterbein campus. Gretchen & Bruce were great hosts and very responsive and even tracked me down when I had accidentally left some items. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful home for 5 close, long-time girlfriends to spend a few days! We loved playing games in the game room as well as at the table on the deck. The home was very comfortable with nice beds, a spacious living room, an easy-to-use hot tub, and a kitchen stocked with spices and other extra amentities. Adrian was a very responsive host although we had few questions since all of the needed information and easy instructions were provided prior to our visit. Thanks, Adrian, for making this a great get-a-way!

I thought the listing was great until the 'ants'... There was water coming up from the floor in the basement, we kept having to mop up the water... The ceiling fan was really wobbly and loud, could not run because we were afraid that it was going to fall from the ceiling Amanuel was a great host, but this was not worth over $1,100.

Everything was in the house, fully equipment, And 15 minuts from everywhere you want to go. Nice beds and enough towels. Love the firepit and grass (to bad that we had rain) loved the kitchen en glad there was a wasmachine. Wish we could stay longer❤️

This space is really special - the house itself is beautiful, old and full of character. It's definitely not a space where the outside looks old and the inside has had all character stripped. The unit itself is tastefully decorated in a way that makes it feel both old and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The morning light in the turret is so gorgeous. I honestly can't say enough good things. I will definitely be recommending to others.
