Modern cabin in great hiking terrain, 32 km from Røros

Cabin from 2010 with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, TV, free unlimited internet access (WiFi), heating cables in hallway and bathroom. Large, sunny terrace with gas grill where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Shielded location. Blueberry and lingonberry terrain on the plot and in the immediate area. Great hiking terrain both summer and winter. Groomed ski slopes about 100 m from the cabin, alpine facilities, private children's slope. 32 km from Røros (30 min) and a short distance to Hessdalen. Folder with many hiking suggestions.

Hessdalen - Fantastic cottage in beautiful surroundings

The cabin is located in a fantastic, idyllic location and views at 850 meters above sea level. It is a short walk from the cabin to the tree line and mountain plateau. The drive to Hessdalen takes about two hours from Trondheim and less than an hour from Røros. The cabin was new in 2011 and has a very high standard. The mountain area is internationally known for a light phenomenon and is located at Forollhogna National Park. State property, with the possibility of hunting nearby. If there is no winter snow grooming, snowmobile rides can be checked upon request.

A scenic winter landscape features a procession of horse-drawn sleds moving along a snowy road, surrounded by snow-covered hills and trees. In another view, traditional wooden buildings are visible, partially covered in snow, with ski tracks leading towards them.

Farmhouse

Cozy family cabin located on an old farm in the Rugeldalen (Røros) valley. Right next door is Rugelsjøen with the possibility of fishing. Perfect starting point if you want a mountain hike, berry/mushroom trip or bike ride on the trail. 3 alpine resorts from 15min - 1h away. 5 min away you will find Norway's NM track in fresbee, it is free to use. Newly renovated house by Aursunden

Bright and pleasant little house that has just received a major upgrade, located on the south side of Lake Aursunden. It is 23 km/20-25 minutes by car to Røros, 8 km to the village Glåmos with grocery store, and 10 km to Olavsgruva. There is always snow here in the winter, and ski tracks lead up to Rørosviddas extensive ski network when conditions allow. Good hiking opportunities in the surrounding area also in summer. There is a year-round road all the way to the house and you can park right outside the door.

Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

Ålen is a small mountain village in Trøndelag that is known for good outdoor opportunities in summer and winter. Here you will find great cross-country areas, fishing opportunities and a ski resort. From Ålen it is 33 km to Røros, 12 km to Hessdalen and 120 km to Trondheim. Røros is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Hessdalen is known for the "Hessdalen Phenomenon".

Sleeping options are available in two bedrooms with double beds (150 cm) and a double bed in the living room (120 cm). In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
