The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. It is located 1000m from the beach, 500m from the forest, 1000m from the harbor, 800m from the train and bus station and 500m from shopping. The nearby surroundings are cozy and family friendly. Free parking spaces near the house. There is WIFI available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!

Du vil bo den ene del af et charmerende bjælkehus med adgang til et privat område i haven. Dejligt naturområde tæt på strand og havn 20 km fra København, som nemt nås i bil eller med offentlig transport. På 30 min kan du bl.a. besøge Louisana Museum, Frederiksborg Slot, Karen Blixen museet og Kronborg. Der er også mulighed for golf i den lokale Søllerød Golfklub, som ligger 500 meter fra boligen. Indkøb og gode restauranter ligger i nærheden. I huset bor to katte Helmer og Elvis.
