Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Homestead

Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Gaby’s place! It was spacious and clean, and the duplex neighbors (Gaby’s parents) were so kind to our kids. We used Homestead as a jumping off point for the Everglades, the Keys, and Biscayne National Park, and were pleased by the tasty local food options and quiet neighborhood. Gaby was a great communicator.

Cynthia was so sweet and helpful always responsive would love to stay here again I will be back soon !

Jessica and Saul’s place was amazing me and my family had a great time.. the house was amazing and it’s exactly as you see it in the photos. The place was spotless, clean and felt very homey. I recommend this place to anyone you won’t be disappointed.

I was impressed as to how quickly she responded to any issues (There was only one).We had a small issue with a wall A/C unit and it was repaired in a timely manner. I would stay at this location in the future. All of our needs were met. Thanks!!

The unit is tucked back off of street and was perfect for our group. Will definitely book again for next trip to MIAMI

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. The place was very clean, inviting, well arranged and very private. The instructions were very clear and well established. Dash and her family were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a few mishaps happen with the AC and fire alarm while we were there, but they were quick to take care of things immediately. The space itself is no frills, but is perfect for a young family or bigger group who wants to be together! It’s an awesome location - close to the beach and near a few iconic restaurants like Joe’s Stone Crab.

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Helena’s place was very clean and felt like a little home. She was very friendly on any questions we had while we were there. The area was very peaceful and that helped a lot if you have kids with you.

Hillary is an excellent host and the apartment is very comfortable, organized and clean. I would only recommend being much clearer on entry to the site. It's probably easy for young people who drive technology to get in, suddenly seniors can't make it so easy. Example : Internal apartment access board.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Really easy check in. Beautiful place. Felt just at home. Talk about a view! Easy instructions to access everything!

This place is perfect for families. It even has kids cups and plates. There's beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, beach boards, an umbrella, you really don't need to bring anything for the beach. Svetlana was very good in getting back to us, when we had some requests/questions in the beginning. The pool was very nice, it's clean and also the other residents there were nice. It felt very safe because of the gated parking lot and the playground and soccer field right next to the building was a big plus for us as well.
