Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

Loved our stay! Very nice apartment space, very clean, and lots of areas to hang out in the building. Walkable to breweries and food, and right next to the baseball stadium!

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

Location was great for what we were in town for! Great views and very clean. Only hang up was the confusion with getting key and getting in. Kathleen was fast in responding and getting situation taken care of.

The location is close to everything without any issues with city noise while trying to rest. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The on-site gated parking is a huge benefit, and I felt my car was safe downstairs. A great option if you’re staying in Birmingham.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Everything was very clean and neat. Great place to stay and good location. i recommend a fan or ceiling fan in each room to move the air around.

Wendy was a great host and the apartment was very close to a lot of restaurants. Inside it was also very cozy and you have your own covered parking space. Overall, it was a good stay and very comfy.

Great house for a big group! Pictures of the house don’t do it justice. It was bigger and better than expected. Would recommend staying there.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.

ONE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS, IMMACULATELY CLEAN HOMES my family and I have ever had the pleasure of staying!!! Tayde was so gracious and so helpful!The flow of Tayde’s fabulous home is so wonderful with the open floor plan for family and friends to gather; the beautiful kitchen with every amenity available; the fabulous walk in pantry for easy storage; the large, walk in laundry room; the large, beautiful dining table for gathering together for meals! The bedrooms were all so wonderfully clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh, soft, thick towels and so many amenities provided! There were wonderful amenities also available in the kitchen with spices, paper products, and so fantastic was the coffee bar with delicious choices! The refrigerator was huge and fresh! The outdoor area is beautiful with plenty of seating, a firepit and a beautiful hot tub! Parking was fabulous with so much space! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home!

I appreciate the host for providing us with a great option/deal at the last minute. My parents came into town for the holiday, this place was perfect for our large group. The goal was for everyone to spend time and enjoy each others' company under one roof. There was plenty of space! We were able to enjoy ourselves with no issues.
