It comes fully furnished with 1 single bed located upstairs in the loft, a mattress that can conveniently be positioned where desired, 2 desks, 2 desk chairs and one leather sofa-bed that sleeps two (seating area - downstairs). Kennedy town is a trendy living area in HK. It’s 15mins away from Central. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafe. Brand new one bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. Enjoy the best sunset and fireworks from Disney land while having dinner at patio. All rooms have amazing sea view. Flat with amazing sea view

The best thing about this flat is definitely the view and the fact that it is very bright during the day. There is a bed and a sleeping sofa, so in total 4 people could be hosted. The bathroom is a bit weird because it's in the sleeping room but you get used to it. The flat is in Kennedy Town where you'll find whatever you need. The MTR station is only 5 minutes away and from there you get to Central in 10 minutes.
