The apartment is not a brand new building, but the apartment is very new, just renovated for two years, equipped with brand new home appliances, specially equipped with 2 brand new 135x190cm separate spring mattress, 1 new 142x189cm double comfortable sofa bed, (200x200cm light warm warm duvet, extra warm blanket, high-quality shoulder care pillow, four piece set of skin-friendly pure cotton bed, after every traveler checks out, so that you can sleep comfortably on your trip is the most important❤️ The Hong Kong building is expensive, my apartment is 420 square feet, the living room is bigger, can lay several suitcases flat, the toilet and shower room have been renovated into 2 separate spaces, for easy use, so the space is not large, this is common in Hong Kong. We also provided a duplex /triplex for a big group. up to 7 bed rooms in the building has 3 elevators We use Simons pillow and mattress, International band electric appliance. Split-type air-conditioner with heater, Royal wall paper..... LG Led tv, very comfortable bed, full cotton bed linens. It likes your comfortable home.

You will be staying at my personal home. Perfect convenient location close to MTR. new renovation (washer+dryer) modern & clean. plenty of restaurants and bars surrounding area. There is no better place to stay if you're visiting Hong Kong. Queen bed + 65" TV + high speed internet. There is a big fridge and small kitchen. with 2in1 oven + steamer. this unit was built for a single professional like me. very user friendly! I also have a 7 seater china hk car. I can be your paid tour guide!
