Enjoy a stay with friends and family to explore and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside from your own self contained Victorian farmhouse with stunning views, lots of outdoor space and a hot tub. Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. Enjoy having the best night's sleep ever (on our kingsize Eve memory foam mattress & Octasmart topper) and waking up to birdsong! You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden with views across the valley. The White Hart pub/Indian restaurant is a few minutes walk away and also delivers.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This stylishly converted old dairy has oak and beams and flooring and has beautiful far reaching views west towards Lyme Regis . It is perfect the perfect base for exploring this part of the beautiful Jurassic-coast, browsing around the Georgian market town of Bridport, fossiling in Lyme Regis and walking in the West Dorset’s Area Of Outstanding Beauty. Relax in the evening light out in the garden area looking over the fields and woods. Picnic is in the woodland with the bbq provided .

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Freshly available from June 2025, Roebuck Barn is a delightful self contained annex to the main barn, enjoying a wood fired hot tub beautifully maintained gardens, scenic views of moorland, green fields and farm surroundings, just 4 miles from Wellington, Somerset. The Barn is a recent conversion which has been finished exceptionally and includes exposed oak beans, flagstone floors, modern appliances and a wood burner. This is perfect accommodation for those that enjoy the countryside.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
