Our third visit! This is our favorite place to stay while visiting family in the area - always clean and Michael goes above and beyond. Beautiful house and can’t ask for more from a host!

Highly recommend! Lovely, well appointed home with gracious, easy to communicate with host. The house was very clean, quiet and spacious with comfy beds. Bunk beds even worked for grown up kids :) The location is great for snow fun, getting to Mt Hood Meadows easily or going into Hood River. And Parkdale is only 5 minutes away if you're looking for a brewery, grocery, coffee shop, etc. We'll definitely look to stay here again when looking in Parkdale!

Great place in Hood River. Very family friendly and easy to get around. It is a pretty steep walk down to town but we enjoying going down the stairs and having someone pick us all up for the trek back. Kitchen had everything we need.

Amazing place to relax and unwind. Just what I was looking for. Comfortable, cozy, fabulous hot tub. And close to all that Mt Hoos has to offer!

My partner and I are from North Bonneville. We had a city sewer leak into our home and had to evacuate. Rafael took us in, along with our dog Lucy, and he was very flexible. He was very responsive and helpful. The home is extremely comfortable and beautiful with everything we needed. The home is modern and clean. We will 100% recommend any friends and family.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend with my dog. The place is cute, with an amazing view. I loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine with the water view. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved it!

Ellie was a gracious and very responsive host. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared her favorite local restaurant recommendations which were spot on. Her home is lovely with lots of light, just a block from our favorite bakery and is in a great neighborhood. Loved meeting her goats and her sweet dog. I hesitate not to give her 5 stars but to be honest, I was a bit surprised by the amount of exercise machines/equipment off the dining room which leads to the deck. The equipment made the space feel a bit crowded and blocked the beautiful view of the mountains. I reread her property description after we arrived and she does mention her exercise equipment which if you look closely at the dining room photo you will see it in the background. However, it's an older photo which has less workout machines than it currently has. Her home is perched on a hill with a gorgeous view and I would definitely book again if I could fully enjoy all that her home has to offer.

Keeping it short and sweet! Home was much bigger than excepted. Beautiful location. Collins lake resort staff is amazing. Will recommend to everyone!

This was a great spot for spring skiing at timberline. It’s <5 minutes from summit pass parking and about 20 min from the lodge. It was a comfortable spot to rest and cook after a day of activity. One really nice feature I was pleasantly surprised at was the river/forest area in the back, which provided a peaceful soundtrack while on the deck and while falling asleep. I’d stay again - thanks Nat and Nadja!

Great location - close to everything! Clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony to lounge on.

Our group of 8 friends a great time staying at this cabin! Spent a nice weekend playing board games, using the hot tub, and walking around the area. My favorite part was the kitchen and the large dining table. Made every meal feel like a sit down restaurant. We would definitely stay again!

This place is ideally located for a few days skiing at Mt Hood. We could walk to plenty of options for dining and took advantage of the nice pool and jacuzzi at the property. Would definitely recommend!

Great little cabin in the woods near Mt. Hood. We enjoyed the big picture windows and banquette for lounging/napping. The projector was fun, though the instructions were essential for getting everything to work! Grateful for that Google Doc link with all the details.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin felt whimsical and is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. During our stay we hiked and explored the surrounding Mt. Hood areas and even took a day trip over to the Oregon Coast. The drive is about 2 hours but would highly recommend it. After the days were spent on exploring it was nice to come back to the cabin and hot tub to relax for the night. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. We enjoyed all the whimsical details throughout the house and property. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to explore this beautiful area of Oregon!

Beautiful home with great outdoor space. Quick drive to waterfront!

Well located in Cascade Locks, close to a lot of spots around the area. Michael was responsive and friendly. I recommend this place for a couple or solo traveler who wants to visit the area.

Will be back to stay here. The home was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the patio and how you can hear water from the house. Loved all the fresh herbs that were available for our use. The bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. And she gave us chicken eggs, that was above and beyond. ;) Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

My friends and I came in from all over to have a weekend in the Oregon Gorge, and this home made it an 11/10 experience. Simply incredible. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, and very clean, and the view from the balcony can't be beat. We were huge fans of the walkability of the home to nearby shops, restaurants, and breweries/distilleries, which made exploring a ton of fun. In all, I would trip over myself to book this home again, and couldn't recommend it highly enough to those who are looking to spend a truly spectacular time in Hood River.

Our group loves Windwood. Airbnb doesn't make clear whether this review is about the homestead house/lodge or the Pumphouse. WE love them both, but they are different spaces. IF this is for the Pumphouse, it is sweet, rustic and artistic, comfy, lovely outdoor shower. Have to walk to the bathroom area but good reports on it from our retreaters. We use the Pumphouse as an extension of the big house/lodge during our retreats. If this review is supposed to be for the Lodge, please look at our extensive review for the Pumphouse, which was described for the Lodge. Hope that isn't confusing! Pumphouse is for 2 - 3 people, the Lodge for 8 - ? and has a fantastic kitchen and 2 baths, sunken fireplace, enormous tree slab dining table.

Perfect for two families. Quiet with great view of Mount Hood. Kitchen had everything, beds comfortable, cozy fireplace and warm wood-stove. We all loved your book collection! And games. Thank you for lovey weekend in your home!

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s cabin. It was way more spacious than we even expected from the pictures which was a nice surprise. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There are a couple flights of stairs (if you’re traveling with a baby or someone elderly) but was totally fine for us. The location is very convenient. It was so nice that snowshoes and hiking poles are provided, though the trails were packed down enough that we didn’t use them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin or book another stay here!

Beautiful home tucked back off the main highway. Space to stretch out and relax. Lots of waterfalls hiking and great fishing near by. Mona is very responsive and helpful. I hope to get the chance to come back again. I will defently be staying here again.
