Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the sea. To Sauda it is only a 15 min drive by car. Here you can find most of it, including a swimming pool. Lots of possibilities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 min. away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Log house with all facilities, 25 minutes from Bergen

Welcome to a real log house, which is built after many hundred year old building desks in Norway. The house has modern facilities on a flat. You will have lovely bed linen, lots of pillows and lots of soft towels. The walls are logs and all floors are solid wood pine floor with heating cables. You can park several cars for free on the property and in the garage and you will be able to enjoy lovely views of the great nature. Bergen is only 25 minutes away. There are 5 beds and a sofa bed in the house. An experience!

A small apartment for those who need a place one night or two or even a whole week. No luxury, but If you go out the door you can take the morning bath in the sea. Catch your own dinner from the pier. The apartment consists of bathroom and living room. It is a double bed in the living room and you can fall asleep looking at the fjord and wake up watching the sunrise. Maybe you see salmon jumping in the surface of the fjord. If you want to live easily then this is the right place for you .

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Det en utedo knyttet til hytta, men den som leier hytta vil også ha tilgang på delt bad og kjøkken i hovedhuset på Vikinghaug. This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Note: There is a road down towards the water and it is possible to hear car noise from the house. Access to swimming area nearby. Free parking just by the house.
