The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

The house served very well what we intended. The swimming pool serves the 4 children or 4 adults well, the barbecue is large and with good structure and the bathroom of the deck is very good. The house is on a pavement street, and takes about 6 minutes by car to the beach. we could have a lot of privacy in the house.

Our stay was wonderful, everyone loved the house is good and wide, all very rustic and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere cozy space near the lagoon and the sea, pleasant atmosphere. Dona Rosa who is responsible for the house (Chaves) is a helpful and pleasant person very much requests in everything. Mirian the landlord is the quickest tenant to respond without mentioning that he is interested in leaving him as willing as possible and promptly! has met all our expectations... thank you very much for these wonderful days.

Casa Bellavista matches what the name suggests. The property's location delivers an excellent view of the Serra de Guaramiranga, with a complete structure to welcome guests. The daily rates included the services of Mrs. Mayara, which contributed with excellence so that we had a good stay. Mr. Antonio has always been very helpful in our doubts and requests, responding effectively and quickly. Finally, the only negative concerns the neighbor of the next house, who from the beginning treated us with unkindness because we had taken dogs.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is big and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we did an amazing tour with one of the boats that are located nearby, I recommend to those who stay do it as it is also worth it. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any doubts or recommendations. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some punctual repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that takes a lot of air and I understand certain wear. I highly recommend the space and I want to return for sure.

Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

My family and I love Casa da Érica, very spacious, airy, the house is according to the description, new house, with all the necessary equipment, the house is close to the beach, you can walk, close to everything, square, commerce and etc. Jonys, who received us, a very attentive person, always willing to help us and whenever we needed to respond quickly, finally, the days we spent in the house were very pleasant and as soon as possible we will be back.

Local with great cost-benefit, air conditioning works well, spacious garage and free area, all utensils in perfect operation, the host was very helpful and gave valuable tips about the place.. I would return to the place peacefully.

Cozy villa highlighting the garden. Near the centrinho. Jaciara is very kind to give tips and efficient to solve some small problems that have arisen. The air conditioner worked well, which is important because of the heat. The house is well equipped what makes us feel at home :)

We were extremely well received by Rodrigo (homemade). He was always super helpful and kind. Overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance inside (windows, doors, old TV not smart, air conditioning that turned on by itself, lights that flashed all the time, windows and doors with trouble closing, showers that come out little water, laundry without a lamp. In the photos of the ad had decoration pots, liners on the tables, but unfortunately there was none of this available, falling short of the photos. The impression of everyone upon arrival was that it did not seem at all with the photos, as it was much smaller and needed good maintenance and decoration.

The person who rents the house is a company and they are very quick in their responses and requests, giving comfort to those who will rent the house. The house is as comfortable as the listing.
