Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded natural setting, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Glamping Všímarský stream

Romantic accommodation by the stream - peace, nature, harmony.... Experience an extraordinary stay in a cozy caravan in nature, just a few steps from the bubbling stream. An ideal place for couples, loners or anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Bucheggerl

Cosy cabin right by the Grosse Rodl – perfect for switching off in the midst of nature. A stylishly renovated cottage awaits you, with a cosy sleeping area and a view of the countryside, a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, and a private garden with a fire pit right by the water. Ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and nature lovers. Enjoy sunsets by the river, birdsong and pure relaxation in a unique atmosphere. Coffee machine: Caffissimo

Old Town Living Studio

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Zažij svobodu divokého západu! Tiny House Wild West stojí přímo nad rybníkem uprostřed pastvin, kde se krávy volně toulají a klid ruší jen praskání ohně. Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
