A sensitively renovated attic overlooking the countryside and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We'll be happy to lend you our place. This special place has its own style. Completely renovated with a fireplace, outdoor sauna house, and a pool from May. In the house there is a billiard table and a foosball table ready to make the evenings more exciting. 300 MB fiber optic high-speed Internet and a wallbox for charging the electric car are also a matter of course. The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. Approximately 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

Modern, completely and cozily furnished new building of a 2-room apartment with a balcony, elevator and garage on the ground floor of the house with an area of 70 m2 approved in 5/2020. A quiet place almost in the center of Pilsen. Excellent walking distance to all Pilsen cultural, historical and gastronomic attractions from Doosan Arena, Home Monitoring Arena, DEPO 2015, Pilsner Urqell Brewery, Pilsen Historical Underground, Great Synagogue to the Cathedral of St. Bartholomew on Republic Square and others.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet part of Pilsen and in close proximity to the zoo. Right in front of the house is a large landscaped park with benches and a playground. A pleasant walk will take you to the city center (about 20 minutes). The advantage is a large, free parking lot right in front of the house. The apartments are also suitable for long-term rentals, thanks to the full equipment of the units (equipped kitchenette, washing machine, etc.)

The cottage with a capacity of max. 14 people in the quiet village of Zhorec nearby Bezdruzice. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.

Our new apartment Silvestr no.2 is located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and is close to the exit from R6 (ideal location for trips to the surrounding area) and offers complete privacy and private parking. In case of booking both of our apartments, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 people.
