Near Dobrá voda there are all amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and many summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by electric INFRA heating, pellet stoves and a fireplace.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door.
