The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.
